This My e-TRK Portal enables the filing of appeals online against the decision of the Director General of Customs.

Any person may file an appeal online or manually to the Customs Appeal Tribunal with a filing fee of RM100.00.

An appeal against the decision of the Director General of Customs must be filed within 30 days from the date of receiving the notification of the decision using Form A.

If the appellant filed a Notice of Appeal (Form A) online, the appellant must sign the Notice of Appeal (Form A) with a digital signature. The digital signature can be made by using the Softcert of the eFiling of the Inland Revenue Board Malaysia or the personal digital certificate obtained from Digicert Sdn. Bhd.

If the 30 days limit has lapsed, please file an Application For Extension of Time for hearing of appeal.
