Supporting documents must be submitted within 14 days after the appeal is filed. If the Tribunal does not receive the supporting documents within the stated time frame, the appeal will be struck off.

List of copies of documents required are as follows :

  • Identity Card/ Passport of person filing the appeal;
  • Identity Card/ Passport of appellant;
  • Certificate of Company/Business Registration;
  • Certificate of Society/Association Registration;
  • Letter of authority from Company/Business/Society/Association; and 
  • Document containing disputed decision of Director General of Customs.
